For system A, the spacers are fixed with bolts extended between the rim and hub. For system B, the spacers directly bolted to the wheel hub and the rim with 5 separate screws in the spacer. The assembly of the wheel spacer is feasible and easy in a few minutes. If you are buying from system A to the special, extended wheel bolts are not included.
