My neice bought these for my mother who is in a nursing home.  My mother is hard of hearing and this made it possible for her to hear thru the head set without having the volume on the tv in the room. She is in a semi private room so this makes life easier for her room mate.  She has found it easy to use and very grateful for the good sound and enjoyment it has brought her. She is in her 90's.

The catemate elite is a great door and it is raccoon proof........the only thing that needs to be addressed is the size of the opening needs to be about an 1-1/2  larger both ways; also the collar electronic disc are to large.  My cat has lost 5 of them, the cost is much more than it should be.  If the manufacturer made them smaller, then maybe the cost would go down.....I hate to put a collar on our cat that does not have a quick release, but I may have to since she manages to lose about two a year.................a chip under the skin of the cat is the best thing to use, about $60 for the vet fee; now here is the catch, catemate makes you buy a new electronic door to use the under the skin chip... they will not retro fit the electronics for us catemate door owners so as to use the under the skin chip........

I always use coffeemate in my coffee  as its so creamy  i even take it on holiday with me
